They fixed my car in just 10 hours. I dropped it off around 11 PM, and it was ready the next morning. The issue turned out to be a bad alternator, and they replaced it quickly. They did an amazing job, provided a 1-year warranty, and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

I had an outstanding experience at Vernon’s Auto Repair! Huge thanks to Mr. Ali and Mr. Arfin for their honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. I brought my 2020 Honda Civic in for an A/C compressor replacement. They performed a thorough inspection completely free of charge and gave me a very fair price for the repair. The work was done efficiently, and my A/C is now working perfectly. What really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their customers. While they were replacing my A/C compressor, they noticed my serpentine belt needed to be changed and offered to replace it at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. They even gave me a Jarritos while I was waiting—a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience feel welcoming. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Arfin. He didn’t mind me watching him work on my car and was happy to answer my questions throughout the repair. That level of transparency gave me complete confidence that the job was being done right. To top it all off, they stand behind their work by providing a 1-year warranty on their repairs, which gave me even more peace of mind. It’s hard to find mechanics you c

This is my second time here and I’ve had great experiences at Vernon Auto Repair. Mr. Ali and Mr. Arfin are the real deal! I’ve had my battery changed, AC checked and an oil change. Price was communicated upfront. They got the job done quickly and without any hassle. What stood out the most was the honesty. They were upfront about everything and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. If you're looking for trustworthy mechanics, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

They were so kind and quick with an emergency glass repair we needed. We even added an inspection. Dropped off on Sunday evening and picked up the next day. Great value and service. Thank you Vernon Auto Repair!!

5/5 Stars – Top-Notch, Honest, and Fast! I had an incredible experience at Vernon Auto Repair. Ali and Ahmed provided top-class service replacing front and rear brake pads at a reasonable price. They recommended the best parts for my car with zero scams or hidden fees—all expenses were communicated clearly upfront. Ahmed also explained how the entire braking works and he even went extra mile by checking my AC blower motor and swapping it with a new one I had, free of charge! The entire process was done right in front of me, and I was out the door in just 90 minutes. Ali also got me coffee since they asked me to be there early morning 8am. These guys are super sweet, efficient, and professionals. If you want reasonable, efficient, fast service, reliable and honest customer service, this is the place. Definitely my go-to shop from now on!
